Made in America Domestic Content Study Early Findings Highlight U.S. Energy, Workforce and Supply Chain Priorities

NYC— DomesticContent.com announced early findings from the Made in America Domestic Content Study 2027, a year-round research and marketplace initiative examining what Americans expect from investments in U.S. products, jobs, businesses, suppliers, supply chains and infrastructure.

Early findings demonstrate strong interest in connecting major investment with American workers, suppliers and communities. Among preliminary respondents, 83% believe domestic content is critical to creating quality jobs and building a skilled workforce, 74% strongly support efforts to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and supply chains, and 73% say investing in domestic content strengthens energy, transportation, data and broadband infrastructure.

The findings also show 77% believe reducing reliance on foreign supply chains is critical to national and economic security, while 82% see significant investment and growth opportunities in the domestic economy.

These insights can help inform investment and development across energy generation, transmission, grid modernization, renewable energy, offshore wind, oil and gas, energy storage and advanced manufacturing.

Hire American. Buy American. Invest American. Grow American.

Made in America has expanded from a single event into a 12-month Domestic Content study and marketplace, giving companies, government, suppliers, workforce organizations and communities a year-round platform to connect research with opportunities related to careers, contracts, grants, tax credits, incentives and investment.

The initiative also addresses trust and accountability. 76% of preliminary respondents say third-party verification is important, while 64% say they do not fully trust companies’ Made in America claims.

Made in America sponsors include NYSERDA, Soulful Synergy and Condos Brothers.
