“Made in America” is one of the most recognizable economic promises in the United States. But DomesticContent.com is asking a bigger question:
What should investment in America deliver for Americans?
The Made in America Domestic Content Study is a continuous national research initiative designed to measure how residents, workers, businesses, suppliers, community organizations, government, and industry view domestic content and its impact on everyday economic life.
The study examines whether Made in America influences purchasing decisions, whether Americans are willing to pay more for domestic products and services, and whether domestic content increases public support for major projects and investments.
It also measures what Americans expect those investments to deliver, including American jobs, American-made products, stronger businesses, manufacturing, workforce development, infrastructure, technology, and community investment.
The model goes beyond traditional polling by connecting national research with community-specific intelligence.
From Responses to Opportunity
1. Community-Specific Domestic Content Studies | 90-Day Studies
Whether commissioned by government or industry, or initiated in response to requests from local citizens and stakeholders, Community-Specific Domestic Content Studies provide a 90-day snapshot of local priorities, needs, and opportunities.
DomesticContent.com analyzes responses to identify stakeholder priorities and works with aligned, trusted companies and organizations whose efforts can help increase domestic jobs, sourcing, business participation, investment, and economic opportunity.
The findings can also identify organizations making measurable efforts to address community priorities. Participating organizations may be highlighted in study reports based on those efforts.
Each report is designed to serve as a public resource for residents, businesses, suppliers, government, industry, investors, community organizations, and other stakeholders seeking to understand local priorities and opportunities.
2. Annual Made in America Domestic Content Study | Released Every Fall
The national study provides a consistent benchmark for understanding how Americans’ expectations change over time.
The current study will remain open through August 31, 2027, allowing DomesticContent.com to track changes across geographies, stakeholder groups, industries, and economic priorities.
The full national findings will be published in fall 2027, providing government, industry, businesses, and communities with a clearer picture of what Americans expect from domestic investment.
The premise is straightforward:
Made in America should be more than a label. It should be measurable in the jobs, businesses, products, investments, and opportunities it creates for Americans.
